Gall Bladder Perforation: A Rare Complication of Subacute Acalculus Cholecysitis
Abstract
Gallbladder perforation is difficult to diagnose and to diagnose it preoperatively is really challenging for clinicians. It is usually a sequelae of both acute and chronic cholecystitis, empyema gallbladder and emphysematous cholecystitis. Here we are presenting a case of 34 years old young male patient with right upper abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting without fever. Clinical condition detoriated so perforation peritonitis was suspected. Intra–operatively gallbladder perforation with gangrenous changes was found.
